University Family Care provides language interpretive services for members at no cost. If you cannot speak to your provider because of a language barrier, please contact our Customer Care Center. We can schedule a telephonic interpreter to help with your appointment. If you need this or any of our other printed materials in another language, please call the Customer Care Center or your assigned Case Manager. If you need material in a different format, perhaps in a larger print, we can help too. Please let us know if we have overlooked anything that is important to you. We will try to help, including setting up appointments with Sign Language services.
Customer Care Center
Our Customer Care Center is staffed by English and Spanish speakers who are here to help you get the medical care you need. You can call the Customer Care Center at (800) 582-8686, or if you are a TTY user you can contact the Arizona Relay System at 711. If you speak another language other than English or Spanish, call the Customer Care Center and we will help get an interpreter to assist with the phone call.
