If you are currently enrolled as a member of University Family Care, you should have received the Member Handbook. We created this Member Handbook to help you access your health care plan. We also include information about your benefits, coverage, and community services. If you need more information you can call our Customer Care Center.

The drug formulary contains information about the drugs we cover in this plan.
A drug formulary is a list of covered medications selected by University Family Care in consultation with a team of health care providers. The drug formulary represents the prescription therapies believed to be a necessary part of a quality treatment program.
Our plan will usually cover the drugs listed in our formulary as long as the drug is medically necessary. The prescription is filled at a University Family Care network pharmacy, and other plan rules are followed. For more information on how to fill your prescriptions, please review your Member Handbook.
