University Family CareUniversity Family Care is a health plan for participants in the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), which is Arizona's Medicaid program.
Our health plan is available to individuals who are enrolled in AHCCCS and live in the service areas of Cochise, Gila, Graham, Greenlee, La Paz, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz, Yavapai and Yuma Counties in Arizona.
